Today morning Ilayaraja came to Prasad Studios and was composing music for a new film. He was also recording the songs for a new film. The audio CD of this film was to be released on 28th December. When he was doing this work, he complained about a mild chest pain. He was rushed to a private hospital in Chennai where he was admitted.
