Supreme Court adjourns demand the cancellation of 3 people death sentences

Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, Murugan , Mighty , Santhan and 3 others sentenced to death was confirmed by the Supreme Court . This mercy petitions have been sent to the President on behalf of 3 people .
In the meanwhile, would have to cancel the death sentences of Murugan , Mighty , Santhan and 3 others filed a petition in the Supreme Court . This petition has already been filed on behalf of Supreme Court Justice G. Wise . S. . Cinvi was investigating .
After he retired , for the first time in this case Chief Justice B . Sathasivam came up for hearing yesterday before the session .
On behalf of the Federal Government before the defense Siddharth lutra , the prisoners already sentenced to death for the whole of the 13 cases taken to trial has ended now . Postponed until an unspecified date in those cases where the final decision is expected within a week veliyitappatumena . Therefore , in those cases Judgment investigate the case demanded .
Acknowledging this , the judge ordered the hearing postponed to the first week of February .
